I walked in on Monday, 1 December 2025 at Chery Century City after being frustrated with going back and forth at another dealership for more than a month. Charlene listened, provided guidance and calmly walked me through what my options were. She asked me what I wanted and gave me that and so much more. The branch manager also assessed my car on the same day and within minutes I had an offer more than I expected. I walked in on Monday, 1 December 2025 at Chery Century City after being frustrated with going back and forth at another dealership for more than a month. Charlene listened, provided guidance and calmly walked me through what my options were. She asked me what I wanted and gave me that and so much more. The branch manager also assessed my car on the same day and within minutes I had an offer more than I expected. Then to finance, the next day Meghan called me with the news that finance is approved and that she is working her magic for me. Within 72 hours it was done. My dream car being ordered and all the ducks in a row to get it to me. This was not just service, this was excellence and care.
